It looks as though that the Texas rental market is starting to react to the economy. Rents didn't drop right away, but they are certainly starting to drop now. As I have been calling around to help out customers I have noticed the drop in rents all over town. I am also seeing specials starting to show up. I have feeling that this trend will continue over the next 6 months. Nothing is for sure, but we do have a lot of new apartment communities about to open up and that will help keep rents down.
