Well, I was out showing some clients a few apartments in Houston, and we had an interesting time. Houston is a big city and there are a lot of apartments. We covered a pretty large area. It was getting towards the end of the day, when it happened. Just so you know, we were showing at a pretty nice apartment community when this happened. We were all on the golf cart, taking a ride to see the apartment, when the wheel came flying off! No warning, no funny noises, nothing. A pretty good jolt and a small heart attack and the ride was over. I am not going to sit here and try and tell you that a leasing agent has very dangerous job, but you better be careful out there. Too bad I don't get hazard pay. So besides the wheel flying off the golf cart, my clients really liked the apartment and leased it.
