I had a pretty easy day yesterday. I had a young man come into town from Denver to look for apartments here in Austin. I went to go pick him up at his hotel room. We met in the lobby and I figured we would talk about his options and spend the rest of the day going to look at what was available. He took a quick glance at the list of options and then asked me what I thought was his best option. I told him which apartment I thought was the best and why and he said "let's go get it". That's exactly what we did. We drove straight there and he took a look at the actual apartment he was gonna lease and he loved it. We were done pretty quick. It had to be one of the fastest leases I have ever helped with. He wanted to go see some of Austin's nightlife so we met up with his girlfriend and we all went out for drinks. I would have to say it was a pretty easy day.
