Another Great Adventure

I have to admit that I get to see some pretty crazy people and some pretty crazy stuff while I am showing apartments. I am going to tell you another interesting story, which I will start referring to these as my "Apartment Adventures" unless I come up with a better name. Anyways, I was out showing apartments in Austin and things were going along as normal. I had met my client and we were riding in my car, chatting about her options. We had seen two communities already and were walking into the third community when we stumbled upon a fiasco. I am not sure exactly how things had escalated to the point of yelling and a nice set of choice words, but there it was. These two girls were actually arguing over an apartment. From what I could gather, they used to be roommates and one of them had stolen the others boyfriend. Let me tell you, these girls were never going to be friends or roommates ever again! Before it was all over, they did start swinging and a few good shots connected. I couldn't believe what we were seeing. These apartments are really nice and a great community. Unfortunately we didn't get to see our apartment because of the incident but we are gonna go back tomorrow. These things happen all over the place and I am glad my client understood cause she would have been missing out on a great option. I am not sure what to take from the situation. I know that people should be careful who they choose as a roommate, lol.
