Unfortunately I haven't been able to post in a while, but I have a good reason. I recently was in a car accident and totaled my vehicle. So needless to say I have been a bit pre-occupied with trying to sort everything out. Everyone in the accident was fine. Anyways, the apartments in Austin and Houston continue to offer better and better specials. As we spoke about last month, communities are giving away a month free and offering $99 move in specials. So if your lease is about to expire, I would recommend shopping around before you resign. I think things will continue to improve for the tennants as the year progresses. I hope everyone has been doing well and staying out of trouble.
