Just wanted to give everyone a quick update. As I had talked about in earlier posts, the move in specials were starting to show up, they are definitely here. I have seen some really great move in specials for apartments all over town. The northwest Austin apartments seem to be giving the best incentives though. I have been extremely busy helping customers along the 620 corridor. It seems to be a real hot spot right now.
