It's been a while. We have been extremely busy leasing, which is a good thing. I have been helping out quite a few people take advantage of some of the specials in the northwest area of town. The Austin apartments have some good deals if you know where to go, and we do. I would also like to remind everyone that quite a few places still have the look and lease specials, so be prepared to lease the same day you go out if you really want to capitalize on the deals. Another huge factor that a lot of people over look, and it's important right now, is the quality of construction. A newer complex will probably have lower electricity bills, and enough difference to offset the amount of rent you are paying. Just something to think about.
