Reward Conditions and Restrictions
In order to be eligible for a reward you must:
1. Sign a lease for twelve months or longer and include Simple Search Apartments on the guest card and rental application of the apartment you lease. Some properties require Simple Search Apartments to register clients before visiting the complex. Failure to register properly may result in the forfeiture of your reward. Failure to include Simple Search Apartments on the guest card and rental application may result in the forfeiture of Reward. Twelve month or more leases will be rewarded $100. Six to eleven month leases will be rewarded $50. One to five month leases will be rewarded $25.
2. The rebate must be submitted within 60 days of your move in date.
3. Those receiving housing aid are not eligible for the rebate.
4. The property you select must be a participating property. A participating property is a property that has knowledge of Simple Search Apartments Reward and gives Simple Search Apartments consent to offer rewards. If the property you select withholds its consent, Simple Search Apartments will not be obligated to pay a reward or compensation of any type.
5. Simple Search Apartments will pay only one reward per apartment unit. Reward checks not claimed within 6 months of check being issued will be voided.
6. You must register with the site and fill out the reward request form or call our office and request the reward with an agent.
7. You must remain in good standing with the property until you receive your reward, failure to do so could result in the forfeiture of your reward.
8. Your lease cannot be a renewal lease or you cannot have lived in the leased property at any time in the past.
